Stan Dworak is the third-generation owner of Staneco Corporation, carrying forward a legacy built by his family. Growing up immersed in the business, he gained hands-on experience in every area of the company, giving him a deep understanding of its operations and values. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Lafayette College in 1996, Stan joined Staneco full time. For more than 30 years, he has dedicated himself to strengthening the company’s reputation for reliability, innovation, and customer-focused service. Today, he is proud to work alongside his son, who has recently joined the business and is helping usher in Staneco’s fourth generation of leadership.

Mike Rahn is our Production Coordinator/Project Manager at Staneco and has been a key member of the Staneco team since late 1992. Mike takes great pride in watching a design evolve from an initial concept into a fully functioning control panel. Over the past 20 years, he has taken the lead on many of Staneco’s largest and most complex projects, which are long-term initiatives that can span from six months to several years. His deep understanding of both design and production allows him to bridge communication across teams and keep projects moving smoothly. Mike’s experience, commitment, and steady guidance make him an invaluable part of our project success and a trusted resource for colleagues and customers alike.

Brandon Craig is the Engineering Manager at Staneco, bringing strong leadership and technical expertise to the department. He began his career with Staneco in 2017 as a summer intern while completing his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Temple University, quickly proving himself through his problem-solving skills and work ethic. Over the past nine years, he has progressed from intern to engineer to a key leader within the company, gaining hands-on experience in project design, fieldwork, customer support, and complex programming using platforms such as Rockwell, Siemens, and Wonderware/AVEVA. As Engineering Manager, Brandon oversees project execution, maintains engineering quality, and mentors emerging engineers. His dedication to continuous improvement, paired with his ability to combine innovation with practical solutions, makes him a vital part of Staneco’s ongoing success.
